Erlacher's Tree Service.

Did an amazing job on our tree in the backyard. They’re affordable and reliable and communicated very well! Took an hour with three working! Great team and they communicated well and worked good together! If they missed your call they’d reach back with you either the same day or the next day! I’m happy with what they did to our tree! Reasonably priced too! Our tree in my opinion was large and other companies quoted us more so we went with them! Our tree was dying since the derecho and we just moved in a year ago and had to remove it because of safety issues and protecting our garage! Thanks again guys can’t wait to do business again with you!

Very happy with the experience. Fairly priced and quick work. They thoroughly explained everything and were able to work around wiring in the yard. Good communication. Overall I would recommend, will definitely have them back for other jobs! :)

I had seven tall (60+ foot) trees lining the backside of my property. Erlacher's came the day I called and gave me a very reasonable quote and some options to even make it cheaper. I really appreciated this as I knew removing the seven trees would not be cheap. They did a great job and were able to remove all seven. They had two main electrical boxes for the neighborhood to contend with and were able to safely work around them. They cleaned up the mess every day (due to rain it couldn't all be done at once) and were very careful to not damage the yard. I am very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them!

Poor communication, poor customer service. I reached out to them to get a quote for getting some trimming done in my yard. They asked for my address and said they'd try to add it to route for next day. I reached back out and asked when they were coming by. They never contacted me to let me know a time or date so that I could show them what I needed done. They just randomly sent me a quote based off their assumptions of what I needed done with a "Sorry for the delay here is that estimate"... how do you give an estimate when you can't be bothered to ask the customer what they would like done exactly! Poor communication skills and would not recommend.
