I had the SAM crew remove 4 large poplars and a sweetgum which were potential threats to my house. Overall, the experience was great. Tim came out and talked through several different options for removal and different pricing structures to fit my budget. He is a Board Certified Master Arborist, so I knew I could trust his recommendations. The crew arrived on time and were very professional and quick. I was amazed at how fast they were able to fell the trees and get them chipped. They took care to not mess up any more of my grass than was needed to move their equipment around. They cleaned up the area nicely after tree removal. Overall, they were courteous, diligent, and safe. My wife and I are sleeping much better now knowing that the biggest threats to hitting our bedroom are gone.

Recently a storm hit our area (Dawsonville, GA) on a Saturday evening. During the storm my large maple tree was split in half by the winds and came down crossing my driveway which prevented me from getting out of my garage. I immediately called Ben Lockhart, associated with SAM tree service. Ben had a crew at my driveway at 9:00 AM the next morning clearing my propery and allowing me access to leave my home. The fallen portion of the tree was totally cleared and the property cleaned up by 9:30 AM. SAM is the most professional and talented group of workers I have had. I highly recommend them for any tree service you may need. SAM came back at a later time and took out the remaining portion of the tree and ground the stump. Outstanding work!

The Superior Arbor Management team is First Rate! They took the time to assess my needs with me and gave me an excellent free estimate price that was absolutely on target. My tree care team arrived on time and carefully reviewed my needs. They carefully went to work and completed all the tasks needed quickly and safely. Also as a huge bonus, they meticulously cleaned the entire work area and hauled everything away. Not only that they were personable and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic Service. From our quote to grounding stumps - Superior was a pleasure to work with. They took down a 28ft diseased/dead GA pine, another unhealthy 25ft pine that had been struck by lightning and 2 additional pines. Trimmed our out-of-control Japanese Maples along with additional trimming around our pool. Ground all of our stumps - including past tree removal companies that left the stumps for us to deal with. Everything was well done. The best part? It was all done for a fair price. We’ve had disappointing experiences with other tree removal companies (and paid dearly for the experience) - I can stress how different Superior Arbor is to work with. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
