Leaf & Limb Tree Services

Had a lot of high dead wood that needed removal and four small trees that were dying. Leaf and Limb responded rapidly to provide a quote that was reasonable, and promptly scheduled a day to complete the work. They accommodated my schedule with no problem. The pre- and post-walk thru covered the entire scope of work, which was completed to my satisfaction. Barney has an excellent crew! Juan, as the foreman, ensured that his men did an excellent cleanup once the job was complete. Would I recommend Leaf and Limb? Absolutely!

Overall, I was fairly satisfied with the work that was done. I had one particularly large, dead tree that could have caused a lot of damage coming down. The Leaf & Limb crew handled it skillfully. I passed along to the owner (Barney) that I felt the crew was too hurried, which can lead to some negative consequences. I did have damage inflicted on one of my trees (pictures shown with review). The damage was caused by removal of debris with a bobcat, which was being driven and maneuvered very quickly throughout the job. Now, I'm looking at hiring an arborist to assess the damage and to see what I might need to do about it. The damage would have been completely avoided by slowing down a little and being careful. They were only at my house for about 5 hours for six trees – taking a little longer at a little slower pace would have been better for safety and avoidance of damage, in my opinion. I feel I paid them enough for care to be taken. Barney, to his credit, did receive my critique well and said he would make adjustments in the future. If asked whether I would hire Leaf & Limb again - I might, but I'm not entirely certain that I would. May God bless and prosper your business, and I do appreciate the work that was done.

They came to the house asking if I wanted a quote. I signed a paper and they said they would be back in about 3 weeks to cut the tree. Two days later they showed up after a phone call. I said I didn't want it cut that day as I wouldn't be home and they said they would come anyway. It was too late to back out because I signed the paper, and I would have had to pay a 20% cancelation fee. I think that's why they came to cut in such a short time. The company did a great job, I had them move the felled tree to the woods I own. Job took about 2 hours max. Aside from being a bit pushy the job was completed to satisfaction and the yard looks great with no damage to the grass or surrounding areas. Workers were very polite. They even kept my stump with a flat top per request.

Barney and Joseph run a very professional and thorough business. Joseph was polite and detailed as we talked through what to have done and get a quote. Barney checked on us several times each day, as the crew worked, to be sure it was exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond! It was a big job and everything looks wonderful! I can’t recommend this group enough! They took on a monstrous and technical job at our house, and did an excellent job. Joesph stayed in communication through the entire process, and stopped by each day of the project to check in and ask questions and answered ours. The team lead for each day also called or spoke to me before and after each day of work. If there was an issue, they let us know and took care of whatever it was. It’s hard to find a service like this that keeps in constant contact and you aren’t having to track them down. We never had to wonder about anything. They took down some very large, very heavy, and very dangerous trees with unbelievable precision. We’ve been wanting these trees down for years, it just took finding the right group! Seriously, these guys are the best, give them a call!
