I am so pleased with the excellent service I received from Chapman’s tree service, Inc. I had two very tall trees fall in my backyard, which was hard to access, and a third huge tree that split and fell between other trees. Chapman’s came out, assessed the situation, explained everything, and did an amazing job carefully removing the trees from my property, which was quite dangerous , as they had to lift part of the trees over my house. They also did a great job with cleanup afterwards, you almost wouldn’t know they had been there, and they did it quite fast. It was amazing! These are true professionals who know what they’re doing. Pleasant people, excellent work. Kudos to Link, the lead guy, and Andrea at the office. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

I literally have never worked with a more professional team of people in any aspect of my work or life than Chapman's Tree Service. From the start Todd was calm, cool and collected when he came to inspect the giant tree leaning on the back of my house. After other companies tried to scare me, Todd put me at ease that this was something they could handle, no problem. Even though they had to bring in a crane on my front lawn to get the tree out, they did not even bend a blade of grass. They were efficient and polite, and left the areas they worked cleaner than when they arrived. With my husband out of the country, I was a wreck worried about that tree for weeks and they made it so easy for me that I will always be grateful. If I could give them more stars I would. Cannot recommend enough.

From estimate to clean up, Chapman’s Tree Service exemplifies professionalism and customer service. Mr Chapman is a wealth of knowledge in the tree business. His calm demeanor and approach is so helpful when dealing with taking down trees. The entire Chapman team couldn’t have been more professional and respectful of our property. We had five over 5 ‘ caliper pine trees to be removed. Three of the trees were unhealthy and treacherous. Chapman brought in their crane and their team removed them with zero evidence that they were ever there except for the stump. The team of Link, Bobby, Juan, Daniel, Cole and Thomas worked professionally navigated the busy traffic in front of our house and left our home and property spotless. Job: 2 large oaks removed and debris hauled away. Difficult location in backyard. Pros: friendly day of team, got the job done Cons: Little communication after signing. Didn’t use crane for second tree and dropped heavy limbs on drain field -I communicated with Todd about the no drop zone and made the poor assumption it was communicated to the team, they corrected when I addressed it. Todd also claims he never promised they would use the crane for both trees, but that was the whole premise of me hiring them. Damaged my gutter -I know they saw it and chose not to inform me, I found it days later. Difficulty working with Todd after the fact and said would follow up and hasn’t in the past 2 months. Overall as a new homeowner I learned a lot about working with contractors. Personally I’d work with another company in the future but they did get the trees down. If you’re considering them I’d just keep a close eye on the work and speak more with the day of team. In all fairness, I think for most jobs they would do good work and my job was particularly difficult. Wishing all the best and hope they can make some communication changes

I cannot say enough good things about Chapman's! We had a massive project, needing 20+ trees removed from our backyard, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. They quoted it as a 3 day job, and they were in and out in a day and a half. They kept us informed throughout the process so we knew what was happening, and provided exceptional customer service by cleaning up all of the leaves and dirt before they left. Cannot recommend them enough!
