We recently hired Josh and his team for some tree removal and limb trimming at our river house in Ellijay, and they exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, worked with impressive speed and efficiency, and were incredibly thorough with cleanup—hauling away all branches and even blowing off our leaves before they left. They executed our vision perfectly. The dead and overhanging trees are gone, the limbs are trimmed beautifully, and the transformation is amazing. Our view of the river is now wide open, brighter, and more beautiful than ever. The sunlight pours in, we can see the sky again, and the whole property feels refreshed—from the walkway in, the porch, and even inside the house. Over the last 4 or 5 years, we have used Atlanta Arbor 3 times. Each time we were extremely impressed with their respect for our property, their precision in each detail, their safety procedures, their advanced equipment, their perfect clean-up, and their pricing. The last 2 jobs were huge, and there were very vulnerable locations of some of the trees to 2 homes and to our fencing. Each time was amazing to watch as their crew worked together brilliantly. The second time we hired them, they removed a MASSIVE pine tree that threatened our home. The certified arborist consultant/sales manager who came to our home initially helped us work with our neighbor, since the massive tree was on their property. The neighbor was extremely impressed and ended up asking them to do additional work on their property. The most recent job for us was December 1, 2025. Ty Phillips was the certified arborist/sales manager who came to our home initially to discuss details. He followed up with a detailed email proposal to include photos and pricing. There was a crew of 5 hard working and impressive men who did the work. They removed a number of Leyland Cypress that lined our long wooden privacy fence. The tree climber and the men on the ground were extremely careful to protect our fence, other trees and plants, our irrigation system, and most importantly our neighbor's house on the other side of the fence - totally free from threat due to the expertise of these professionals. They also trimmed our side neighbor's massive evergreen branches that were touching our home. These evergreens were trimmed perfectly, exactly to the proposed trimming as depicted on Ty Phillip's proposal/quote. ALSO OBVIOUSLY VERY IMPORTANT - ATLANTA ARBOR'S PRICING IS EXTREMELY FAIR AND COMPETITIVE.

The Atlanta Arbor team was great and very responsive. There were a few trees in the back that needed to be removed, and Mark and his crew delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Mark was quick and helpful when providing fair quotes, and he also handled all of the permitting paperwork with the local jurisdiction. He was also extremely patient while waiting for approvals from the homeowners association. When the team came out to remove the trees, I was at work. When I came home, it looked as if they had never been there except the trees were gone! All around it was an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend Atlanta Arbor. Thanks again Mark!

This is the second time we’ve had a tree removed by Atlanta Arbor, and we were very pleased! We worked with arborist Mark Vaughn, and he was thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. Mark was also incredibly responsive anytime I had a question or concern. Edwin and his crew came out to remove the tree earlier this week and were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
