If you need a tree removed, Top Tier Trees is highly recommended! When I initially called for an estimate, a live person took my call. A certified arborist, Thomas Joliff, came out as scheduled and on time. He evaluated 2 trees on my property, gave me a fair, competitive estimate, and told me what to expect regarding a timeline for city permits to be obtained prior to the work being done on a day that I was able to select. The crew showed up on time and worked as a team to get the job done. It was amazing to watch how they would clearly communicate with one another to guide large branches gently down with ropes and direct big sections of the trunk to fall away from the house using ropes and heavy equipment in order to ensure safety and avoid damage. They cleaned up everything as they worked. A few days later, Victor worked around my schedule to return to grind the stumps with his remote controlled equipment. Thomas then came to accept my payment for the services. There were some oil stains on the driveway from the trucks and small hole in the lawn. The company sent out someone the next day to pressure wash my driveway and Thomas himself came back to fill and seed the hole in the lawn. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction.

Damon worked a scheduling miracle to get my tree work done before my new fence installation, and I couldn’t be more grateful! The crew was incredibly mindful of my property while removing five large trees clustered near both my fence line and my house, and they went above and beyond with cleanup—even clearing fallen leaves I didn’t expect. Stump removal was quick and seamless, and my backyard is completely opened up now. I only wish I’d done it sooner and can’t wait to enjoy the space. Highly recommend!

If you need a tree cut down, call Top Tiers Trees - they are the best! I had a very complicated situation with a huge (over 100ft tall and over 5ft diameter) hollow, decaying tulip poplar tree in my backyard that was not accessible from my property for the required crane and removal equipment. Top Tier found a solution through a neighboring property, negotiated on my behalf for their equipment access, and successfully, with no damage to any property, cut my tree down. It took two days and so much effort on their part! They cleaned up and left my property in better condition than when they started. Communication from Damon Clark was exceptional! He went above and beyond to solve what seemed like a dire situation and made it so much better than I expected. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees to do any tree removal. They did such a fantastic job with the removal of our trees. We had another tree company come out to prune our trees, and they ended up destroying them. We called Top Tiers to come assess our trees. They were very responsive, and Thomas did a great job of explaining the process of removing the trees and the next steps. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including getting the city permitting done and talking with our HOA to ensure everything would be done correctly. The staff that came out to remove the trees were wonderful, and they got the job done quicker than I had expected. We highly recommend Top Tier Trees. Overall great experience!
