Bartlett Tree team came out to trim our Crape Myrtle tree that was in need of a good trim. Patrick & his team arrived on time & did an excellent job of trimming & cleanup . We would definitely hire Bartlett again for our tree evaluation & trim work. Also, we need to give a shout out to Clayton Shaw the Arborist who initially evaluated our Crape Myrtle as well as 3 other trees to determine their health and viability. Very satisfied with this truly professional company.

Working with Clayton and the team at Bartlett tree experts was a pleasure. They have been out before to treat my crêpe myrtles from Bark scale infestation. I had them come out this week to prune and clean up for trees. First, I have to say they looked very professional with bright colored safety vest, and safety gear, which is very important. They were also very respectful to me, and extremely polite, happy and complementary to each other. it makes a difference when you can feel in a business that people genuinely like each other and work well together. They tackled four trees at one time spreading out the experts. Even using repelling ropes to reach the tops of the trees. They pulled all of the cut branches to one area to use their chipper. Once everything was ready to be disposed of, they ran the chipper quickly to be considerate of the space and noise. All the areas, front yard, and backyard were cleaned and in wonderful shape when the trucks pulled away . Clayton’s estimate stayed the same. And I will be billed after the work was done and inspected. I will also add it was one of the hottest days we’ve had this year. And these men worked tirelessly through the heat of the midday. I will be referring back to Clayton for any future needs I have. He was very informative, and I believe the pricing was fair.

While I haven't personally engaged their services, I've had the opportunity to network with Clayton, and I've been consistently impressed by his dedication and client-focused approach. Bartlett Tree Experts is my preferred provider for tree care needs, and I highly recommend their services for an exceptional experience.

We had tree roots excavated and pruned. The mulch had been piled too high, onto the trunk, of the trees which was explained to us that this was not healthy for the tree. An air spade was used to expose the roots and prune them to reduce crowding. The technician was on-time, explained what he was going to do, showed me the exposed roots and what he planned to do in the pruning process, then completed the job. He answered my questions, had arrived on time and left the job-site neat. A job well done and it will be a pleasure to have Bartlett back again, as they are schedule for some additional work.

I use these folks for maintaining our trees, and they are great. But I called them to ask about transplanting a small tree, which they advertise on their website, and the representative told me they don't do that because they don't have the equipment. I said, "You mean a shovel?" So, they are fine for other services, but some of the services they advertise on their website, they don't actually do.
