Tree Times

We had 3 mature trees removed - 2 poplars and 1 maple. The 3 men took about 4 hours to climb, tie off, take down, remove and clean up. They took extra care to protect our well and fence line. Very professional from the initial intake call to schedule until the job was complete and we paid. The quote was very reasonable compared to the other local companies. We would highly recommend Tree Times and would use again.

⭐ 1-Star Review My experience with Tree Times Arboriculture Services was extremely disappointing and stressful. I hired them based on a written fixed-price quote of $700 for full tree removal and stump grinding. They came out, started the job, then told me they would not finish unless I agreed to pay $200 per hour for an unspecified number of hours. That was not what I agreed to in writing, and there was no signed contract modification or written change order. They left the work incomplete. The tree removal was not fully finished and the stump grinding was never done. I sent a detailed written request asking them to complete the work as contracted and gave clear deadlines. After that, they did not respond in writing or come back to finish the work for about two months. By the time they contacted me again, I had already paid another company to actually finish the job. Despite all of this, Tree Times still tried to collect payment from me for work they did not complete. This review is based on my personal experience. If you choose to use this company, I strongly suggest you get everything in writing, refuse any mid-job price changes that are not documented, and be very cautious. Photo of how they left my yard.

Tree Times was fantastic! The whole process, from the estimate to the removal, what a great experience. Super knowledgeable about the trees needing to be removed and how to take them down without ruining other trees or property. We will definitely refer them and call if we need their service again!

Ahoy, Big Shout Out to Billy Kelly and his Crew. Large tree fell on our home Friday afternoon. Billy was at our home on Sunday to access the damage. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of dealing with insurance. Billy and with Crane removed the trees. Thank you Billy for all your time and hard work. You are amazing.

I had a great experience working with Bekah Helman at Tree Times. She was polite, friendly, and very professional throughout our communication. Bekah called me back right away and let me know that the community trees Tree Times planted were in need of watering. She also provided a very reasonable, low rate for our association to take care of the issue. Excellent service and attention to detail, I highly recommend Bekah and the Tree Times team!
