I cant say enough about the amazing service provided. I have had Woodys maintain me trees 3x now, never disappointed. They show up on time and leave the yard looking better than ever. The crew is absolutely 💯 amazing.

I called Woodys Tree Service about two palm trees that needed trimming. Sarah asked if I could text her pics of the trees and provide my address so she could forward it to the estimator that afternoon. I texted everything to her as soon as we got off of the phone. The next day I checked in to see if they had an estimate but heard nothing back. I waited a couple of more days then called and left a message asking them to please let me know if they were able to do the job. No one ever bothered to respond at all. You shouldn’t leave people hanging. It’s not only rude, it’s Poor customer service. If they didn’t want the job for whatever reason, they should have let me know. It takes 2 minutes to text or call someone. There’s no excuse.

I recently hired Woody's Tree Service, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, and they took great care in trimming and removing the trees around my property. They were knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and respectful of my landscape. Woody's Tree Service was out to trim 3 African Sumacs for us today. What an outstanding job they did. They were on time and had everything done and cleaned up in about 2.5 hours. The crew from Woody's was courteous and treated my home like it was their own. I have learned a lesson, when you want your trees trimmed call a tree company not a landscaper.
