Nevada tree service has an amazing team! Great price. Compassionate.listeners. They are very conscientious of my requests, both front, side, and backyards several dead palm trees . Bushes on two huge walls along the property line all trimmed back, exactly how I want it. I highly recommend them. they expertly cleaned up after themselves, including our huge pool. Everyone was very polite and dressed professionally. If I had a question, they responded within two or three minutes through text and email great job everyone.!

The experience from getting a quote from Lee to getting my olive tree trimmed and other dead trees removed from Raymond and his crew was exceptional. Great customer service and they are experts in their field. I will be using them annually to trim my trees and for future projects.

Very prompt service both at giving a free estimate and then scheduling and completing the work. I also think there estimate was at a reasonable price. Will continue to use their services in the future. See the before and after photo.

I’ve used Nevada Tree Service twice now to clean up my 3 backyard palm trees. They are consistently polite, professional, and very efficient! The only thing that could improve my experience would be a bit more/clearer communication from the company; though I do acknowledge that they are transitioning systems this year which does complicate matters. There were two separate appointments: one to estimate the scope of work/price and another to get the tree trimming done. They give an estimated time window for both, which is appreciated. For the initial appointment, the estimator was running behind due to unforeseen circumstances. That’s not a problem, but it is a point where I wish he or the main office would have reached out to let me know he was behind schedule. When he did arrive, he was polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable for my assorted questions about the job. I was able to schedule to have the trimming done later with the main office (huge THANK YOU for zero high pressure sales tactics!) and Ashley is always polite, professional, and thorough when I call the office. The day of the appointment was a few weeks out from the estimate due to a busy schedule, and here again is where I wish there was a bit more communication: a confirmation email or reminder text just so both company and client had something in writing. Day of, the crew that arrived for the work was very polite and they had the job done in record time! They cleaned up the yard nicely and my palms are looking so much better. Overall, Nevada Tree Service does great work at an affordable rate. I plan to use them again in the future!
