This company did work on my neighbor's tree. They drove their machines across my lawn even getting it stuck in lawn. There are now a mess of ditches in my lawn. They told me they would repair the damage they had made. I guess you need it in writing because they did not repair anything. MY UPDATE: This business replied i had the wrong company. I have a picture of his pickup truck. My yard is a mess, they rubbed against my shed and the owner denies he or his crew did this. Remember to get it in writing. I may have to take him to small claims court to get the damage repair costs.

I called Jeff on a Friday morning and he came out and finished the job by that afternoon. He quoted me the same reasonable price as another company I use. I also appreciated how he and his employee were quiet, usually I end up with a crew of guys hollering at each other.

Jeff and his crew are fantastic. They brought down limbs about 2 ft in diameter from my huge old half dead oak trees. They were hanging directly over my house. Very professional job. They took down numerous limbs and never touched the house. The estimate was very affordable. They showed up promptly and cleaned up after extremely well. I have nothing but thank you for this company. It's nice to be able to put your trust in a great company like The Vines. Doesn't happen much anymore but I will recommend them many times. Excellent service.

Jeff and his crew exceed our expectations! My husband & I have used his services a couple times now. They have always been conscious of what is around the tree(s) of interest. This time it was due to this past hurricane season. We had several trees that were, what I consider to be, widow makers. All we asked was for them to just bring them down & we would take care of the rest. Instead, they took it & brought it all down to our burn pile! Even put the big stuff on the fire pit! Amazing! Thank you Jeff for your hard work and the extra effort! It was noticed!!!

Called and asked about a job. Said he would come by. Never showed up or even called. Had this happen twice with this guy. I took time off work to be home and nothing. Not very professional.
