Terry and Bill did a great job removing the large oak tree that was blocking the sun for our pool. Plus, they took out 2 palms. They were very reasonably priced. They had to navigate between the fence and the pool, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Very professional and knowledgeable about tree removal. They had to take a fence panel out to get the bucket truck in the backyard and replace it. Gate closes better than it did before. I highly recommend supporting local and utilizing their services for your tree removal and trimming needs.

I called Peppers on a Monday to ask for a quote on removing some limbs over my house. A gentleman showed up that afternoon and gave me a reasonable price, so I hired them. They planned to do the job on Tuesday afternoon, but they got rained out. But when I got home from work on Wednesday, the tree work was done. They did exactly what we discussed, and the yard was clean. Everything looked great. I will definitely use them again, and I will recommend them to others. Thank you, Peppers.

I called Pepper's tree service around 11 and his wife answered the phone cuz he was working and told her what I needed done which was one tree trimmed down to the lower leads and that nothing had to be hauled nor nothing had to be cut up I would handle it she told me that he would reach back out to me that day and set something up for an estimate. He calls me and says it will be later if that's ok I told him perfectly fine. He called at 530 and said he was running behind thank you for the call. He showed up with his bucket truck with the helper we walked over to the tree I pointed it out told him what I needed done he gave me a price it was agreed upon and said he'd be back tomorrow morning at 8:00 or 9:00 to do the job. So 9:30 10:00 rolls around and I call because I hadn't heard nothing to find out if he was still coming to do it no answer let it rain ring ring finally voicemail. Waited another hour and a half called again same thing. Now all would have been good if they would have just called me and said hey I'm not going to make it today or I'm going to have to pass on this job something but instead I got ignored which isn't cool. I would have been okay with any any response any answer so for this I have to give him a one star I can't speak on the quality of his work because there was none but I know that I am very very very disappointed and how this was handled I would probably recommend checking another tree service
