The Tree Lady Company didn't forget any tools or equipment...I am so pleased for an amazing Job.. Everything went like a breeze! They started in the morning and by the afternoon they were finished. It was amazing to see them work...A team of 5... lots of experience. When finished, they pulled out leaving nothing behind. The place looked so clean. You could not tell that they were there ... Thank you Kim you are a true artist, I was very impressed seeing you explaining to me the job that needed to be. Danielle, you are a great! You knew all the answers to my questions. Thank you! We have used them twice and both time you took care of us. Today was a big job. You had to get us a crane to remove a large tree off our barn. My husband was so proud of the professionalism of your team. you would think he owned them. Our job was not small but it was done in no time and totally cleaned up. We had to do nothing. Can’t thank you enough.wish I took the finished picture.dark now.

If could give no stars, I would. This lady is a rip-off. Buyer beware! They trimmed the palms in my apartment complex today and to say the least, they did the worst job I have ever seen on any kind of palms. They didn’t even trim the two palms by the front door; they weren't even touched. They are a complete rip-off. I do not care about your certifications; your work and company are trash.

I have used The Tree Lady for many years now. The crew always arrives on time. My yard is actually cleaner than when they arrived. The cost is very fair. They are extremely honest and reliable. There are never hidden costs at the end. The cost has always been what was estimated. They schedule the work based on my schedule, not what is best for them. I will never use any other company!

After being warned off this company by a friend who had communication issues (what they asked for and what they got were two different things), I went with The Tree Lady anyway, as my Mom had had a great experience with their tree maintenance services. I hired The Tree Lady to replace some dead contractor trees with five new trees. I arrived home to one new tree, four new shrubs, and the dead tree stumps still in the ground. Knowing nothing about trees, I put my faith in the "expert" and chose from the selections she suggested; she sold me shrubs instead. I am anxiously awaiting the company's plan to correct their mistakes and hope to change this review to a positive one, if they follow through in a professional manner and make it right. UPDATED: Danielle, will you email me please so that I may respond in writing and be clear. I've been patient, communicated well with you, been willing to support you in any way I could. "Fast" is only one consideration. After doing some additional research, I have also learned that podocarpus can be poisonous to dogs.
