From the very first meeting to the very end of my project, Tyler made me feel very important. His professionalism and positive attitude added to the overall great experience. Despite the fact that my project was much more than anticipated, the guys showed up each day motivated to get the job done. Brandon, Dillon, Santos and the crew have all impressed me greatly and I appreciate their hard work! David from Texas Tree Authority did a great job from start to finish. He explained their services, showed me what my trees needed, and went above and beyond in writing a letter to my insurance company in response to the request to over trim the trees. On cut day the crew worked efficiently and professionally allowing me to ask questions as needed or explaining anything they were doing. The crew went beyond what was expected by trimming my hedges, removing a dead (builder grade) tree, and thoroughly cleaning fallen limbs from the HOA greenbelt against the back of my house all at no additional cost. While the overall price is not something to scoff at, you get what you pay for. A knowledgeable and friendly arborist who is easy to communicate with and perfectly willing to answer any off-the-wall plant questions and a trim crew that is great at what they do and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend and choose Texas Tree Authority for any and all tree work in the future.

It was a sad day when we discovered our beautiful tree had been stricken by disease and was subsequently being devoured from the outside in by boring beetles. I called Texas Tree Authority and David Force (a Certified Arborist) came to my home to validate, that indeed, the tree had suffered irreparable damage. Heartbroken as my wife and I were, we began the process of preparing for the worst... total tree removal. David was sympathetic and caring as he described the next steps and relieved the anxiety any homeowner experiences when losing a friend that provided so much pleasure throughout the years. His team of experienced craftsmen removed this centenarian tree effortlessly causing zero damage to our yard or home. You wouldn't notice that they were ever here. The entire team, including David, were fantastic and I can't praise them enough for their skills and professionalism.

Dave and his team just finished with a 2 day job at our home. I would highly recommend this company for any tree service that you would need to have done. I was impressed with not only the actual service but the fact that they cleaned up every branch and twig and leaf. The crew that came was very professional. Their customer service is great. Couldn’t be happier. David, Adrian, and the whole team were excellent to work with. I had 10 live oaks that were quite overgrown and 2 that needed to be removed. The guys worked quickly, safely, and efficiently, and they made sure to keep me in the loop each step of the way. The trees look great now. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed and following up to make sure I was satisfied. You’d do well to hire Texas Tree Authority.
