These guys are serious pros. They have all the equipment they need, no outsourcing. Very personable, they explained a somewhat complex job very simply and were able to do it in a quarter of the time that most other estimates gave. Most of the other guys showed up without notice, looked for a few minutes and left. Then they send an impersonal quote with no explanation. Jim was punctual and let me know when he'd arrive and took a few minutes to explain the job to me, knowing I was nervous about a couple of trees looming over my house. The quote was reasonable, not the cheapest, but I felt the best about them and for good reason. On the day of the job, the whole team was very nice and even put up with a little scope creep by me.
