The Bad: Rushed off the job without finishing, didn't plant trees deep enough, dirt piled up over grade without asking. Now- won't return my calls/emails requesting help, many trees dead. The Good: Previous tree removal work went great. I really don't like writing negative reviews but after months of trying to get this company to make things right, I am here. They won't take or return a call or email from me - it has been months. I had Supreme remove a tree in my back yard, which went great. I then had them plant a row of trees since my experience was good with them. I got a quote based on the work to be done. I added a few small items to the job and paid extra for that. They packed up to leave after 4 hours and said that's all they were paid to do - leaving trees on their side on the lawn. An hour-based work limit was never discussed with me. I had to run out to the truck to get them to come back and finish. This did not give me proper time to do a detailed inspection of the planted trees before they left again - they were clearly in a rush. I was shocked to see about 1/3 of the trees planted incorrectly (21 trees total). The roots were exposed to the air and the planter area they were in were piled over edge level with the displaced dirt. 1. They never asked me what I wanted to do with the dirt from the holes they dug- they just piled it back in the planter making it overfilled with dirt. 2. The trees were planted to high above grade, the top of the roots were completely exposed. I could not simply put dirt on top because the dirt level was already so high, the water would run off over the edge of the planter area. Now ,several trees are failing and need to be replaced and replanted deeper into the soil. Message to Supreme- please come take care of this. I know from your reviews you have the capability and do good work.
