SavATree - Tree Service

We had a great experience with SavATree when we had our two redwood trees trimmed and inspected. Hannah, our arborist, explained things very thoroughly and was always available for questions. Gilberto did a great job trimming our giant redwood trees. He went above and beyond for us. Everyone was so nice and enjoyable to work with. They were all super knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with their expertise. They will help us keep our trees healthy and we are excited to continue to work with them.

I found SavATree to be super easy to work with. They quickly sent someone out to give me and estimate, and I could tell right away that they were knowledgeable about what my trees needed and how to properly prune them. They did a great job with all the pruning and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were pleasant to work with too.

Eric was awesome, can’t say enough! Explained everything about what my trees needed and why, and even gave me some advice on trees and plants outside the project. He took his time to give me a free estimate on all parts of my job, broke down the costs, and worked with me according to my budget. I have two giant cypress and have received huge estimates for work that didn't need to be done. I appreciate the honesty and great customer service. Happy to have found a tree guy for our house!

My experience with this company was good. The arborist who initially came out to look at the tree that I needed to have removed, was full of information and good advice. They handled the project of getting the permit from the City of Oakland, and while getting the permit took some time, I'm quite sure that wasn't the fault of SavATree. This was a large tree and a two day job. The crew showed up on time, and the foreman gave me an accurate assessment of how long they would be working on both days. After the job was completed and the crew gone, I went out to inspect. The clean-up job wasn't perfect, but it was pretty good and what I had expected. I will get my regular landscape/gardener to do the more fine-tuned cleanup of the site.

We had some overgrowth from our neighbor's tree pushing on the roof of our detached garage that was becoming a bit hazardous. The consultation appointment was easy to set up. Hannah came on site to assess and provided a real time quote, with a quick follow up for scheduling. The team that arrived did an excellent job. They were quick and cleaned up as they went. Aside from our expertly trimmed trees, it was as if they were never here. Highly recommended and I'll be using SavATree going forward.
