C&W Tree & Landscape Co

C&W removed three huge Lombardy Poplars from our back yard. The trees were a hazard to property and person, far too close to structures. C&W is a family owned business and they work alongside several long term employees. We received 4 bids for the job, and C&W issued their very favorable bid right on the spot. They showed up with a crew the following week at 8am, and it was fascinating to watch them work together, totally professional and coordinated, with all the right equipment and skills. Two tree climbers got right to it along with the ground crew, and by 3 pm the job was mostly done. They returned the following day for two hours to cut up remaining big chunks and to clean up. Highly recommended.

I have not used them for trimming services, but I saw on their ad in my local magazine that they deliver mulch. I was blown away at how responsive and excited the person on the phone was to help me get a truckload of mulch. Within 2 days I had a driveway full of all redwood mulch from a nearby tree service they were working on. I will certainly be using them for mulch drops and if the service is this good for trimming, that as well.

C&W did a great job removing 4 trees in our backyard. They were very quick and professional! Reasonably priced as well.

This is a late review (September 2023) but ....I selected C&W because of the good Google reviews. I did not do price comparisons because their price seemed reasonable based on my experience with tree trimming and cutting for some of my rental properties in a different area. C&W was very responsive. Came out for the quote immediately and had the work done within a week. I needed to leave unexpectedly so wasn't home when they came to do the job but the results were perfect -- just as discussed.

This is by far the best tree service company in the bay area 👌
