FLAWLESS! From initial contact all the way to job completion, the process was seamless, communication was great, and the work was amazing. Dylan was great to work with and provided honest and frequent updates and great pricing. We had a very large birch tree removed and also another good sized damaged tree as well. The removal crew was absolutely amazing to watch. 4 guys showed up with 3 trucks of equipment and one of the coolest lifts I have ever seen. The precision and skill they possess is truly second to none. I can say, without hesitation, that they could put a dime on the ground and make the largest of limbs that lean the "wrong way" fall exactly on that mark. We asked if there was any way they could avoid damaging the surrounding plants during the damaged tree removal (a HUGE ask) and they acted like it would be no big deal at all. In fact, they didn't even damage one leaf on any of the plants. They worked non stop and extremely efficiently to complete the job and actually left the area cleaner than when they began. Not a single leaf or branch was left behind. We got ourselves in a bit of a time crunch with the upcoming landscape job that will replace the area of the removed trees but Dylan handled this personally and made sure both stumps were removed by the date we needed. In fact, it was done a day sooner. Once again, an impressively precise and flawless job was done to minimize any surrounding plant damage. With the size of the machine used, it was unbelievable how tight he could make the footprint for stump removal. We had to leave during that process and fully expected we would have to clean some resulting debris up when we got back. To our surprise, the entire area was left spotless with zero debris on the sidewalk or surround areas. He even put our bird feeder stake and feeder back up for us. That attention to detail and care for property seems to be the way they treat every job at SavATree. We can't say enough good things about Dylan and the entire crew. I would never use any other company for this type of work as you won't find a better, more reasonably priced, efficient and talented group of professionals as SavATree.

We couldn't be happier with your crew, their work, their professionalism, and a job very well done. The trimming look absolutely great. We're sure our neighbors will enjoy all of "our branches" that were trimmed back from above their garage too. Their clean-up was impeccable. We were also impressed with Christopher. His follow through was detailed and left us without any questions. He even showed up with the crew to review the entire scope of the job and our expectations beforethey started working. Office personnel, sales people and crew were all friendly. Work was done as discussed with sales estimator. Actual estimate should have been more detailed. I was home when the work was performed which allowed me the opportunity to give the crew some direction regarding work expectations. Crew clearly wanted me to be pleased with their work. Which I am. We had a huge, very old elm tree that spanned 100 ft over our house, as well as large portions of ours and neighbors yards, a fence and landscaping. From the time Dylan first came with evaluation and free estimate, very fair quote and fantastic, professional, knowledgeable removal crew we were very impressed and satisfied. They also treated other trees. Will readily use them again and highly recommend them.
