Mark is a rare gem! He responded quickly to our call inquiring about rescuing our cat from a precarious position high up in a tree. He came, even after already putting in his full day, and assessed the situation, and said, "I WILL get your cat out of that tree." He immediately went to his shop for his tree-climbing gear. He returned quickly (and his wife came with him). He DID get her out of the tree. What a blessing and a relief!! These are compassionate people! If you need tree services (or a cat rescue) these are the people you want to work with!! We will be recommending them to everyone!

We recently hired Mark's Professional Tree Service for some branch removal and trimming on our property and they completely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous and incredibly efficient. The quality of their work was top notch. They arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners and left our yard looking even better than before. Dave and I were very pleased with the service we received of removing a large tree from our backyard. The crew was polite and personable. They worked hard, did a great job and the clean up was thorough. We appreciated the follow up call the next day. We will definitely recommend this business!

They were top notch we have had lots of tree service work done by different companies. I would have to say Marks Professional tree service was straight to the point. And we were blown away by their tree grapple . Never saw anything like this machine they used. they were able to take our 150 foot cotton tree down that was right next to our house. Thank you and we will be using them every time

We had a major limb come down out of our huge, very old tree and fall across the sidewalk and into the street on a Saturday night. The city removed it from the street and sidewalk that night and we left a message for Mark Monday morning. He called back right away and was at our house assessing our tree within a few hours. The next morning he arrived with equipment and two of his crew to remove the fallen limb and then proceeded to spend several hours trimming our tree and sealing any place where bugs and critters had been living. He also made it safe for walkers to walk underneath it on our sidewalk. It was an exceptionally hot day and they worked for several hours without a break. Mark and the two young men with him were polite, easy to talk and were very knowledgeable. When they left, the mess was gone and our beautiful old tree the looked best it ever had, absolutely majestic.
