Working with Eli engenders confidence that our trees will be well cared for and healthy. He diagnosed several issues that we were unaware of. Those issues threatened our viability, but are treatable. Eli is very knowledgeable and his pricing is affordable. We are grateful to have had him referred to us.

The Heartwood Tree Care team was at my house early and ready to work. The crew assessed the job as a united front, it was incredible to watch the crane operator and the climber work through all the cuts to come! We had a HUGE tree and they handled it with grace, and professionalism, they are a kind and friendly crew that brought entertainment to the entire neighborhood! Eli provides the best service and advice. You can rest at ease and be secure when he shares his knowledge with you. I had him come out to trim a crabapple tree that was in desperate need of attention and he also treated a large oak for gypsy moths. The tree looks great as expected and all communication was responsive and timely. We will continue to use Heartwood tree care for all of our tree needs.

Eli and his very professional crew did a terrific job of removing two half-dead box elders and a Norway maple, plus a slew of blown-down branches and heavy limbs from our back yard. I had several large and complicated trees to be removed and Eli, AJ and team were just fantastic. The attached photo is of an Elm at the corner of the property. The tree was so big you have to search for the worker up in it .They removed the tree and all four property owners were happy.
