Additionally, I engaged the services of the San Antonio Tree Surgeons’ staff to remove the stump, during which the worker explained the process in detail. The office personnel responsible for scheduling both the removal and stump grinding were courteous and professional. Absolute best service ever. I would call these guys again, even if I didn’t have trees! Lol! The arborist that came by gave us honest, concise professional information, and his honest opinion. He got right to the root of our problems…which, strangely enough, were actual roots. They gave us advice for a future care and recommended future services without being pushy at all. Their approach to customer service is more like “you’re an adult and you know you need the services. Contacted San Antonio Tree Surgeons for a quote to remove a tree. Priscilla came out the next day for an assessment. While looking at the trees, she offered a lot of good ideas, recommendations, and best practices. Scheduled the job the following week. Crew arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. They worked great together and had a great system. Within minutes, the tree was cut down to the stump so I can have it grinded at a later date. They also cut a limb from another tree. Office staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tree crew was very professional and skilled.
