I had a great experience with Royal Tree Service! I found them via Yelp when I sent out a request for quotes through the app. Douglas was quick to respond and was equally responsive throughout the work day. They were able to squeeze me in the same week I reached out which was so great since I was up against a travel deadline. They came in and took out a big tree in the back of the house and cut and shaped a very large tree in the front of our house then hauled everything away and did a final cleanup with their blower. His team including Glenda and Daniel were so friendly and we worked together to make sure everything met our expectations. Stellar job and stellar team! We will be using them again in a few weeks to remove a final tree at the house after this positive first engagement with them

We're incredibly impressed with the tree removal service! They skillfully cut down two very tall eucalyptus trees, handling the job with evident expertise and safety. Not only was the work completed quickly, but they also did a thorough clean-up, leaving no trace behind. Excellent work from start to finish!

I had a palo verde tree that was growing sideways and at risk of falling onto my neighbor’s car. I reached out to Royal for an online quote and received one within an hour. They arrived the very next day and removed the entire tree—root ball and all—in under an half an hour and sent payment instructions all before I even woke up! The price was fair, and they even cleaned up all the leaves and flowers, which was a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely use them again for any future tree services!

The team was professional, conscientious and super friendly. (They even let my dog say a quick hello!) The price point was also competitive. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them for my future projects.

I hired Royal Tree Service expecting a professional crew, but what I got was an absolute nightmare. The workers showed up and started smoking on my property while they worked, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Not only that, but they ended up damaging part of my yard and a small structure, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. When the job was “done,” they left behind a huge mess – branches, sawdust, and debris everywhere. I had to spend my own time and money to finish cleaning up what they should have taken care of in the first place. I’ve never left a review like this before, but this experience was so bad I feel like I need to warn others. If you value your property and want a job done right, do not use Royal Tree Service.
