Root Tree is who you need to use for your tree service. The storm on July 24th knocked down two trees onto my home. One a 90’ blue spruce and a 60’ honey locus. They landed on my home and onto my power lines. Root Tree was the first company I called. Brendan called me right back, and I was on schedule for first thing the next morning. I had crew of nine, five large trucks, and a crane. It had to move the debris from middle of yard, over the house to the street. It was long 9-hour day, but everyone was in great spirits even though they had all been working non-stop to help other customers in need. They were also great working with Excel Energy and electrician in the timing of getting the power lines cleared and making sure I didn’t loose power more than I needed. Root Tree cleared off street, cleared yard, and you would almost not know they had not been there. They did an amazing job. The crew was prompt, and courteous. They even followed up on Monday following the storm to finish up work even after they got paid Friday. Brendan, and Root Tree made a nightmare of a situation less stressful by being easy to work with, friendly, and going above and beyond. Thank you.

Root Tree Service was fabulous! They quickly checked out the work we needed done and provided a timely quote. They scheduled a date, working around the projected rain and snow, and got the job done in a professional manner. 12 trees needed to go for fire mitigation purposes, and a lot of dead branches from those that remained. The workers were friendly, accommodating and extremely professional. We will not hesitate to use their services in the future and recommend them heartily to others! Several months later, Logan and Nate dug up on old tree root and planted a new tree for us. They encountered a huge metal chunk embedded in one of the tree's massive roots, but managed to whittle it down to a manageable size. They were awesome!

We had a 40 yr old tree fall down due to a micro burst. It was such a sad day. The tree landed on our tree and across the whole entire col-de-sac. Root came out so quickly. They gave us a quote from pictures and called us. We agreed on price and then they were out there within 30 minutes with a truck. Due to size they needed an additional truck to move the large truck off truck and into dump truck.
