I had an outstanding experience with Paden Tree People! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. Robert’s knowledge about trees is truly impressive- he took the time to explain the condition of each tree, the safest removal approach, and even offered helpful advice on maintaining our remaining trees. He genuinely cares about doing the job right and protecting the health of your property. A special shout-out to Susan, who handled all the scheduling and communication. She was friendly, organized, and kept me updated every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and absolutely stress-free. The crew removed my trees safely and quickly, and they were meticulous about keeping everything clean and undamaged. The communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend to anyone needing tree removal or tree care - you won’t be disappointed.

I was so impressed with the Paden crew. We had 6 trees trimmed or removedRobert and George were so helpful, professional, and efficient as we reviewed what needed to be done, discussed some revisions, and performed the work. The work itself, using the crane was awesome to watch. Susan was a pleasure to work with in scheduling. The initial price was reasonable--lowest that I had. I was concerned about the pricing on the revisions we made but that also was reasonable.

I requested a quote for three trees to be cut and was able to secure the quote the same day due to being in the area. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our trees. His team led by George showed up on time and performed the work safely and efficiently. I was impressed with their safety discussion and their communication throughout the job. One of the trees was especially tricky due to location of property line and garage. The team was flawless in the work and was caring about leaving the land as good or better when they completed their work. I was very impressed with Paden Tree People. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again in the future when needed. Additionally, Susan was a great communicator and ensured I was notified and ready for my work to be performed. She and the entire team are great to deal with.

Everything about our experience with Paden Tree People was top notch! From our first discussion with Robert at our property to evaluate our needs to communicating and scheduling with Susan to the crew on tree removal day, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. The process was smooth, and they did an excellent job removing and pruning problematic trees efficiently for a fair price. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience and will definitely be using them in the future for continued work on our property.
