Bartlett Tree Experts

Bartlett Tree Experts of Chattanooga trimmed several large trees plus a few small ones at our farm in Bradley County, TN. What a delightful experience from start to finish! Matt Dowd came out initially to evaluate the viability of two very mature Sugar Maple trees (one of them is 80 to 100 years old). Matt is a Certified Arborist. After his examination and explanations regarding the health of our maples plus several other trees it was very evident that he knew what he was talking about. Matt put together a detailed written estimate and emailed it to us the same afternoon. We felt that the estimate was reasonable so we schedule the work to be done the following week on Wednesday morning. Two Crews showed up in two trucks as promised by Matt. The four men (Matthew, Dakota, Bryce and Stewart) were very courteous and professional in every way. They explained what they would be doing initially and answered any and all questions during and after the job was completed. The two crews took different groups of trees. They both worked safely and cooperatively together. All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with Bartlett! You should consider them when it comes to maintaining the health and esthetic appeal of your trees!

Matt came out and did a thorough evaluation for the trees in my yard. He gave me great insight on the situation with a game plan that I felt was perfect for what I needed. I would highly recommend having Matt and his team to come out and take care of your tree needs!

Luke and his crew were absolutely thorough, reliable and left our property cleaner than when they arrived even with such a large tree to remove and the mess that comes with that. This tree was not our original concern and Luke initially saw that it was struggling a bit, and we planned for “saving the tree”. Then within a few weeks the decline was drastic. Had he not noticed our home most certainly would have been at a great risk of damage. We are so thankful the issue was brought to our attention and we were able to protect our home. BONUS…super entertaining to see these professionals work!

Luke was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to inspect all trees and openly gave his opinion. I highly recommend Bartlett and Luke to anyone who has concerns with their trees health and possible hazards.
