My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the service we received from One Hope Tree Services today for trimming our holly tree! We were unable to be home while the work was being done, but the team's professionalism and communication were outstanding. They kept by husband well-informed with updates and photos throughout the entire process, which gave us complete peace of mind. Their responsiveness from initial contact to project completion, was extremely refreshing and unfortunately rare these days. It is clear they prioritize customer service just as much as quality work. Outstanding - prompt service and quality work! We were referred to One Hope Tree Service by our neighbor. One Hope was easy to get ahold of initially and they came our house quickly to give an estimate on pruning our enormous oak tree as well as removing six big yew trees. Fair pricing and they did a fantastic job. We’ve had them back multiple times for stump grinding and landscape/construction. Highly recommend!

The crew did a fantastic job trimming my trees and bushes. They were very professional and efficient, showed up on time and trimmed about 7 trees and several large and overgrown bushes, and cleaned up all trimmings. Very pleased with their work-everything looks fantastic.
