I recently hired Off the Top Tree Service and I have to say, Danny and his team were absolutely outstanding. From the get-go, Danny communicated clearly and set up a convenient appointment time, arriving exactly when he said he would. That level of reliability was a breath of fresh air. When it came to the actual tree work, they did a fantastic job. Danny and his crew trimmed everything exactly as I wanted, and even when a minor detail needed a tweak, he made sure it was taken care of right away. They also went above and beyond by using the mulch from my own trees and spreading it around exactly where I requested. They ended up bringing in about ten whole containers of mulch, which was an amazing bonus and really thoughtful. Danny’s professionalism didn’t just stop at my yard. He also helped out my neighbor with the same level of care. He used a lift to safely remove dead branches (or “deadwood,” as it’s often called) from my cypress tree. And to top it all off, when they had to top off one of my trees, they even relocated a bird’s nest with great care. It was clear they were mindful of every detail. Overall, Off the Top Tree Service truly goes the extra mile. I can’t recommend them highly enough for their exceptional service and genuine dedication to their customers.
