We have a very large maple tree in our yard, and we happen to live next to an elementary school. There were a lot of dead limbs high up on the tree and they were scraping the house. The tree has been here forever. It has never been pruned so he had his work cut out for him.I called him the beginning of the week he came when he said he would, and gave me a price. He called me on Wednesday. Said the guys would be here Friday between three and five. The guys got here exactly when they said they would, trimmed the tree exactly as Joe and I had agreed to. They were professional, courteous, and so very respectful of all of the Halloween decorations out on our front lawn and they were done in less than two hours. I would highly recommend them if you have anything that you need done with trees they did a fabulous job cleaning up as well, blowing everything off the grass ,sweeping it out of the street and. cleaning the sidewalk. Thank you, Joe. We will be reaching out to you in the spring for other work. We need in other areas in the yard.

We used this firm 11 years ago to remove a dead tree in the front of the house; they did a good job then. 10 mos ago, I asked them for a quote to TRIM a 30' Sycamore in the backyard. They came to my house, saw the tree and quoted me $450. I didn't do it then, decided to now, and asked if the price was still good; they said they had to come to "relook" at it, which suggested to me, that they were not about to do it for $450 and would likely say the "tree grew" which it didn't..it's more "width" we need trimmed, I can actually do part of it myself but then this Ryan guy (not sure if he's new, the owner or what) but I CAN tell you he is very RUDE. He told me he had no idea what I am talking about, does not remember me (not that I'd expect him to, any more than I do them...I just remembered the firm name "JOE TREE"). Then he proceeds to tell me how costs increased, even though Gas prices dropped by 8% from their quote. I do not know if this rude Ryan is an owner, but I will find out who is the owner and contact him to make him aware of the rude, unprofessional treatment I just received from Ryan. I should have contacted "TJ", I think, not sure, I remember him from 11 years ago. He was polite. Then, Ryan texted me after I complained abuot how rude he was, he said he would keep "careful track of my conversation with him, and inferred if I post this on Google Reviews (I mentioned to him I was reading them) he said I'm speaking "Slander' LOL ! So I suppose he didn't like the idea I may post my negative experience with hIM on Google! Well, here it is. Finally I blocked him from texting me, so he can keep track of all my words right here, and on Angie's list, and on Yelp ! There ARE OTHER Tree Services out there Ryan and your threats to shut me up "ain't workin" !! LOL. Too bad; 11 years ago they treated people respectfully, no more ! I can tell you the ONE STAR Rating I gave is ONE STAR TOO MANY ! There was no option for 0 Star !

First off he told me that he has $8000 tires and he works on golf course courses and would not damage my grass which was a bunch B.S. Ryan told me not to worry because he has insurance, but after the damage to my grass and pavers he did not acknowledge any damage He did irreversible damage to my yard and the brick pavers he does not think he needs to fix what he damaged. My wife is very upset, which makes me very upset, and I am very upset on my own. I trusted a friend that recommended him and regret that my yard will never be the same. His partner put topsoil and reseeded But I had to reseed myself 2 times because the amount of damage done you cannot repair with 1 seeding ,and 5 years ago I had sod put down and they used seed that will never match my sod!!!!! , I used the sod seed which is very expensive, but they did not go that route. My yard will never look the same and I paid $5000 of my hard earned money for him to damage my yard!!! I should not have to repair my yard because he Contractor damage it and refuses to accept liability. I got screwed. I am going to have to take legal action to get some of my money back, but this is not right !!! One of the worst mistakes in t life if he tries to bring your tractor into your yard and tells you it’s not gonna damage it do not believe him !!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan Let me down,I got Shafted Big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not trust Ryan!!!!!!!!!!!! Never trust a friend or family member that recommends a contractor or business it always turns out BAD Because they’re not qualified🥺😥☹️ Do not hire this guy if he’s gonna drive a tractor on your lawn and tell you it’s not going to do any damage he’s lying I will get justice Very Sad

Great price and great service on a job I thought would be next to impossible, but they did it quickly, efficiently, and safely. Very happy with them and I recommend them to everyone that needs tree service.

In Dec 2023 my neighbors tree fell in my house. This obviously caused a dangerous situation and they responded immediately that day. Spoke to Ryan who was very courteous and professional as was the rest of the crew. Fair pricing, good work and good cleanup. Would definitely use again
