Mission City Arbor Group

Mission City Arbor Group did a great job trimming my trees. They fixed a lot of improper cuts previously made to my oak trees by other people. My trees look really good now. The crew was great. Skilled and hard working. Thank you Fernando, Carlos, and the other man with them. I do not remember what his name was, but all three did an outstanding job. They also cleaned up very well when they were finished. I am recommending them to my neighbors and I will continue to use them to take care of my trees in the future.

I put off trimming my large tree in front for over a year. Limbs were touching power lines and I had roots coming up in the front yard. As anyone would do I got several quotes, some were far less than Mission City but the difference was the communication. When reviewing the work that needed to be done they told me exactly how they were going to do it and answered all my questions which other companies could not or did not. The guys doing the work took their time and made thoughtful cuts and even asked if I wanted certain limbs cut that could be a problem in the future. All limbs were lowered and loved that they were careful while working off the roof and especially since the shingles were new. Once they were done, they made sure to pick up all limbs, sticks and leaves not only from my yard but from my neighbors yard which was affected by the work. They left my yard clean and definitely would recommend them again. Yes you may pay a little more with Mission City Arbor but it totally worth it with the type of work they do.

I've met with several specialists but felt a connection with Scott because of his patient explanation and educating me about the hole on the side of my very large mature tree. I thought the tree was dying but in his inspection he advised the tree will live for years. I plan to contract Mission the next time we have to trim the tree. He advised not to trim until next year. His estimate to trim was reasonable. Very honest company...

We’re building a pool and patio and two of our established trees are in the way. Scott with Mission City Arbor came to our home to evaluate and discuss pros and cons of moving and transplanting an existing cedar elm or choosing a different tree for our space. Scott was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We have a better idea now of what to do for best success as well as other options we hadn’t thought about. Deciding to remove the large cedar elm and red oak trees was the right choice. Alonso and Hugo did a great job removing the two trees and hardly disturbed the flowering plants around them. Alonso and Hugo cleaned up afterwards and aside from the two holes you’d never know they were there. They mulched the debris on the spot removing and cleaning up all trace of their work. Seeing how hard they labored to remove the cedar elm we made the right choice after consulting with Scott, it probably would not have survived the transplant- planting a new tree after our pool project is complete is a better choice. I recommend Mission City Arbor for any of your tree needs. They are knowledgeable and hard working. Scott, Alonso, and Hugo were great to work with.

Dealing with Mission city Arbor has been a fabulous experience. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate and I was able to schedule the work when I needed it done. Scott, Hugo, and Alonso showed up early on Monday morning. Scott went over the order with me and Hugo and Alonso quickly got to work. Hugo and Alonso did a fabulous job. The tree looks good. The hanging deadwood seems to be gone and then they did a great job of cleaning up.. Everyone was polite and professional. Give them a call if you need your trees trimmed.
