Within one hour, KC Arborist had a crew out that had taken care of and cleaned up this large limb. The crew was professional and did a great job tying off the limb so it didn’t do any damage to the fences you can see in the picture. Would definitely use them again. Price was reasonable given same day service after a storm as well. Thanks!

Absolutely a 5 star company! I have had 2 emergency jobs by them in the last year. One was a full tree down and the other a large truck limb broken and hanging in tree both times they responded quickly and provided service within a day. When they get there the crew goes right to work,everyone is constantly in motion getting the job done. They are mindful of not damaging anything else on your property even going to extra effort to not damage flower beds and surroundings. The clean up is outstanding nothing left. They even take a blower and blow the grass so it isn’t mashed down where they worked or used equipment. They are organized and extremely efficient. They removed a medium size tree from my small tight back yard, cleaned up, all debris removed and back in the trucks in 1 hour 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Cannot think of any more professional service I have ever had!

We hired K.C. Arborist to remove a dead locust tree in our front yard, and while it was sad to see the tree come down, I have to say that I was very impressed with the skill, precision, and professionalism of this crew. Also, the process was easy from start to finish. Jody was great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely hire this company again if I need to remove any more trees.

After several quotes we went with KC Arborist for some pruning. We had multiple large branches resting and scraping on our 2nd story roof. They came out with a bucket truck, quickly trimmed everything back, got my approval for the trimming looking good, then cleaned up all the cut branches. Whole job took about 20 minutes. The crew was very professional and quick. I'll definitely use them again.

Initially I had great hopes because of the reviews but my experience with them has been terrible. They cancelled on me twice, which the last time I had called because they were late…”oh they are on their way and will be there shortly…” An hour later I called and left a message and then received an email stating equipment issues and they had to cancel and reschedule. They rescheduled, did the job (never called me to tell me they were on their way like I had asked several times so I could meet them there). They didn’t clean up the area (which was part of the estimate) sticks and limbs were everywhere (even still in the tree) and they broke a marble table. Left another message to have them come back, clean up and “finish” the job. Time will tell.
