We’ve used JB Tree Service two years in a row. They are efficient, cost-effective, careful around property and other trees, and genuinely nice to work with. Cleaned up the yard after taking down trees. Recommend!
Josh and team were a pleasure to work with! I appreciated all the recommendations provided, and on day of service, they were efficient! Barely a twig was left behind on all the pruning and removal of two trees (one massive infected ash tree and on slanted ground!)
A large tree branch fell on our roof during a windstorm and we reached out to several firms for the work. JB Tree Care responded and was onsite by 7:30 am the next morning. Josh surveyed the tree, what he could see as damage from the ground, and shared his plan, availability, and price with us. His crew was available and arrived in under an hour from the acceptance of his quote. They did a fantastic job of carefully cutting the branches off the roof without further damaging the roof. They also cut down a dying birch clump in front and did so without hurting any of our perennials. Their cleanup was thorough and outstanding! I highly recommend JB Tree Care for your tree care needs!
Based on the reviews I called this company to get a quote for a small tree removal job; Josh showed up promptly to discuss the job and recommended I have another very large tree removed as well. I accepted his bid, he said he could do it in the coming week and he would call me to schedule. He asked if I wanted him to take the small tree right then, but since he said he could do them both within one week I said he could do both on the same day. That was a mistake, I never heard back from him despite my texts and phone calls. He seemed very nice and knowledgable about trees, but needs help with customer service. Poor response and/or follow through is unfortunately all too common in the tree service industry, I had to request bids from five companies to get one that was affordable and responsive.
Highly recommend JB Tree Care!! Very kind and courteous. They did an excellent job after we had storm damage to our trees. Came out right away! Cleaned up everything!! We appreciate all that you did!!
