Discount Tree Care got back to me right away and sent someone out for an estimate right away! The crew came the next week to trim our trees. We will for sure use them again! We used them a second time and they were fast and wonderful again!

Very seamless process from start to finish. Filled out a form online to have a large maple tree trimmed and was contacted the same day to schedule an estimate from Greg. Approved the quote and the job was completed the following month by Brodie, Adam, and Connor. They were all very professional and did a great job. They made sure I was happy with how everything looked. Overall very pleased and will be sure to use their services again. I've already recommended them to my neighbor!

I received a flyer in the mail for Discount Tree Care and was encouraged by the high Google reviews. After reaching out, we hired them to crane four large oak trees over our house. Their pricing was very reasonable, in part because they own their own equipment, and we appreciated that. We also made it clear we wanted to keep the oak wood for potential use in flooring throughout our home. The project was originally scheduled for early April, but due to road closures and crane issues, we were delayed until mid-June. Unfortunately, I had to follow up every few weeks for updates—they did not proactively communicate delays or changes. When the crew finally arrived, they showed up without warning. Their truck leaked oil onto our driveway, steps, and landscaping stones. I was asked if I wanted them to stop or if I had a tarp; I provided leftover carpet, but it wasn’t used, resulting in stains that are now difficult to remove. Additionally, the cleanup was disappointing. The large trunks—some over 400 lbs—were left piled on top of smaller branches, making it extremely difficult to sort through the wood we intended to keep. Nothing was separated or organized. In the end, I’m glad the trees are down, but I would not hire them again for crane work or a job of this scale.

Discount tree did a great job. I had a lot of things under the trees and they maid sure not to damage anything. The crew was very personable and did everything that I asked them to do. I would recommend discount tree to anyone that needs trees pruned or removed.

Discount tree is fantastic! This fall we had a massive oak tree limb fell on our house. They were there within an hour of me calling and got to work right away. They took their time ensuring the safety of my house was not further damaged, and made cuts with precision to get it off. I highly recommend using them!
