Ricky and his team did an excellent job! They helped us remove a 100+ft Douglas fir and pruned several other trees. They're friendly, efficiently and hard working. I would highly recommend them to any of you who need tree services!

Got a quote from two highly rated services. Jacintos was the lower priced so went with them. They did a great job. When they were done they raked the lawn and blew off the concrete and asphalt surfaces. They also parked in the driveway to protect our septic system. Asked them to cut the stump low and you can't even see it. I actually thought they had ground it because it was cut low and covered with dirt when finished. Ricky was pleasant and respectful and gave me a quote quickly. He also checked in after the job to make sure I was happy. When they were done you would never known they were there at all.

I was able to get a Quote the same day I called, He arrived in Cottage Grove from Springfield and was incredibly friendly and listened to my concerns, The price he offered was reasonable. he returned on the determined date of service and was again incredibly professional and polite to the point where he wanted to make sure it wasn't garbage day just in case, he was blocking my garbage can from being picked up that morning. he estimated a total of approximately 3 hours until the job was done and had it completed before the 3 hours was up and the attention to detail when doing clean-up was insane. he went as far as cleaning out the gutters of pine needles the tree had dropped. I am having him return next month to remove another tree on my property and could not be any more confident that the job will be done and done well. 10/10 will recommend Ricky Jacinto to anyone who will listen.
