My neighbor directly next-door had a very dead pine tree that overhang my entire backyard and my roof. This company came out to remove the dead section of tree and in the process they littered hundreds upon thousands of dead Pineneedles on my roof and into my backyard, which they blatantly disregarded and did not attempt to clean up! I had to go out there and raise heck in order to get them back up into my yard and on my roof to clean up their mess! What kind of reputable company does that!!! Then I attempted to call and complain to the supervisor and let them know what had happened at this property and they completely disregarded my phone call! They cleaned it up to my satisfaction in the end. But there is NO reason I should have had to get so upset over their lack of regard!!

My folks had a huge Sissoo tree in their front yard and Hayward Tree Service came in with the best price! Trust me, my mother does her homework! I must say I was surprised when I received a call this morning from my mom saying," The tree is coming down!" So here are a few pics from my dad. Afterwords all my folks could say was WOW!. What an awesome, quick, and thorough job the crew did. My father even explained to me what was done to the stump & how they'd be back in about a month to make sure the stump is gone! I can't tell you how much this means to me & my husband. Thank You so much because now the tree is gone, I won't have to worry about my 82 yr old father up a ladder trying to trim the branches. Totally worth it! Saved us a week of work probably and they did it in about an hour. Just moved into a new home in Queen Creek and needed some work done. We had 2 dead palm trees, 5 shrub bushes, 3 pomegranate trees removed and a neglected bougainvillea tree trimmed up. They had a good sized crew and did everything safely. They left the front and backyard super clean and even raked up some leaves on the side for us to get it all cleaned up. Highly recommend them! Just call for a free quote and they’ll email you the breakdown. They communicate 24-48 hours before they head to your property via text. We’re very pleased with the services.

We have a 70-foot Sissoo tree...that's right 70 feet tall! Hayward Tree Service AZ did an outstanding job trimming it up after a long few years of neglect. Their company is prompt, reasonably priced, and professionally skilled in their work. You shouldn't be taking your business anywhere else!

"Wow!" is a good one-word description for Hayward Tree Service. I got three quotes from three different tree services to have 4 Eucalyptus trees removed from my backyard. First of all, without the price, I would have chosen Hayward due to other reviews and they were very friendly and professional. They couldn't make our first appointment for the estimate, but clearly communicated in advance via text message. They came out on a Saturday to do the quote. Secondly, they had the best price by a long shot against the other tree service. I felt the other companies were trying to rip us off and Hayward came in lower than expected. I was quoted on Saturday, Trees removed on Tuesday. The used a crane, cutting the trees in either one or two pieces and pulled them to the street where they shredded the tops of the trees and loaded the trunks onto a truck. They also grinded the stumps below the surface and left my backyard in cleaner condition than when they came in. The trees were 20-45 feet tall. The whole process was less than two hours. These guys are amazing, I will be telling friends and family to call these them for any tree related service. It's probably a waste of time calling anyone else when these guys are so good.
