Where to begin… we had a large tree suddenly fall on our house on a Friday night. Panicked because we weren’t sure if the roof was damaged, and we were in the middle of trying to list it on the market, we called Grateful Tree Service to help us. They were out the next morning for emergency tree removal. Due to an unfortunate and unhelpful next door neighbor, we were not able/allowed to get a crane in to help lift. Their (safety first) ingenuity amazed me, and they were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, and polite the entire day (even though it was hot and it took twice as long without the crane). Then came dealing with insurance… my first experience (thankfully) filing a claim, and boy was that process unpleasant. We only got through the lengthy and innumerable hurdles laid in front of us with the help of Garrett Forrest and his expertise. I don’t like to think what could have happened from first call that fateful Friday night to final insurance agreement if I had called any other tree service company. I can’t recommend them enough!

Got three quotes in one day to cut down one big tree and two smaller trees in our backyard. They were super affordable, the most professional, and gave us the most confidence that they would be safe and get the job done completely! They arrived on time for their service, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond ensuring my back yard looked beautiful! Highly recommend!

I'm a big DIY guy and was planning on cutting the tree down myself. As the day approached I was looking at the tree (realizing what i was getting myself into)and thinking maybe i should get a quote to see how much it would cost to have it cut down.They were able to come out the day I called to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable for the work they did. It only took one afternoon and I couldn't even tell they were there minus the tree being gone. Don't hurt yourself or your property. I called for a consultation and quote on an old dear tree that I thought might need some branches cut back, Ray came out and was honest and so professional. He said I really think it's best to leave like it is, it a beautiful old tree and really doesn't need anything right now. He could have said well let's do this and that and I wouldn't know any different but he was so honest and that means everything! He didn't make a dime but he made a great impression and I think integrity and honesty is the true qualities of a great company and a good person. Thanks so much!
