The team arrived on time, fully equipped. They assessed the trees we wanted removed and explained how they would do so in a safe, cost-effective manner. The tree removal process itself was smooth and incredibly efficient. The crew took great care to ensure my property remained undisturbed and clean. From start to finish, the entire G&D Tree Services team was professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my home and yard. They arrived ahead of time to unload the machinery and the equipment before we met at 8am that morning. The crew clearly knew what they were doing. Safety was a top priority, and they handled everything with great expertise. The team proactively removed a part of my fence temporarily to create an entry and exit point just to protect a portion of my lawn. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Their customer service was excellent, friendly, extremely responsive, and very reasonably priced for the quality of work delivered. They provided an initial quote together with their insurance documentation the same day we met and discussed the project. My cat was stuck in a 60 foot tree. Called Gabriel a little bit before 8pm. He got a two man crew and rescued my kitty. I am very grateful. Firefighters don’t do that kind of rescue. Gabriel’s crew was fast, kind and gentle with my cat.
