Trinity Tree Service is absolutely the BEST tree service I have ever used. Justin and his crew go above and beyond and get an amazing amount of work done in a short amount of time. They are professional, hard working and receptive to anything you want done. When they are done, you can't even tell they were here. Everything is clean and tidy. What a great experience! I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a home and, like many homeowners, have been dealing with a long list of vendors. Unfortunately, most have been a disappointment—poor workmanship, no-shows, broken promises, and last-minute pricing games. Trinity Tree Service has been the complete opposite and an absolute breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they’ve been professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They return calls and emails promptly, arrive on time every time, and leave the property spotless, as if they were never there. It's clear they take real pride in their work. We hired Trinity to remove and top several trees, and Justin treated the job like it was his own home. He continually reassessed the cuts to maximize our mountain view and went above and beyond to make sure the outcome was perfect. I can’t recommend Trinity Tree Service highly enough. Thank you God, for Trinity Trees Service. Over many years I have been blessed by Trinity. They are the BEST company I have ever known. They are men and women of honor and love. Their work is perfection. They are very, very competitive on pricing, especially with the superior work product they provide. Reliable, Fast, Smart, Conscientious, Remarkable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I almost hope some more trees fall just to be around them. 😊

Quick Summary - 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! Good communication, excellent service, far exceeded expectations, excellent price! I have already recommended them to 3 neighbors, all of whom were extremely pleased with their work as well. I do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Trinity Tree Service. Don was quick to respond to my request and come out to the house. He took the time to understand our situation and exactly what we wanted. Our job was complicated by challenging access, ornamental trees and shrubs basically touching the trees we wanted gone, and our desire to have not only the mulch from our trees spread, but additional loads brought in and spread as well. The Owners Justin and Jason work onsite with the crew which is a massive plus. You can tell that they clearly care about their customers and their good name by the level of service they provide. Justin stopped by my house a couple of times prior to the job starting to review my expectations and discuss the proposed plan to make sure I was comfortable with everything. We had 4 dogwoods, a magnolia, a cherry blossom, and a number of very mature azaleas in the immediate area of the very large pine trees they were removing. In my mind I had come to accept that the magnolia, one of the dogwoods, and about 8 azaleas just couldn't possibly survive this work and would be destroyed as a result. Due to the nature of dealing with pine trees and their proximity to these particular items, Justin agreed that there would likely be some damaged, but promised to do everything he could to keep them safe. Justin and his crew went to incredible lengths to protect these plants. By creatively using ropes they were able to control where many of the enormous limbs and tree trunks fell. This step certainly created extra work and cost for them, but they didn't hesitate to try everything. At the end of the job I was shocked, but I couldn't find a single broken limb! It was truly incredible! I was very surprised at how tidy they kept the work area as this work creates a tremendous amount of debris. They constantly managed not only the large items, but the small items as well. The crew was constantly picking up small pieces and sweeping raking their main work area to keep things neat. This wasn't necessary for me to be satisfied, but it was a small detail that really stood out. They were very respectful of staying within the tight space along the property line where they had to drive all of their equipment. My neighbors were worried they may have damage to their internet cables. Various means of protection were utilized and the equipment operators took extra care to stay well clear of the areas that were of concern. I am a contractor in a service industry as well, so my expectations and standards for what constitutes good service is extremely high. Trinity Tree Service absolutely blew me away with their service and exceeded all of my expectations on this job. I would have happily paid more for their work. I will be using Trinity Tree Service again in the future and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Trinity Tree Service LLC, located on Creighton Road in Cumming GA, came out once again to my property in Canton. Their courteous and professional team fit me into their extraordinarily busy schedule due to the constant storms in our area. They always do an excellent job and I’m always completely satisfied with their work. This company is a ‘superior service provider’.
