We had tree removal, stump grinding, and leveling with new dirt and overseeding. The tree removal was good and on average cost wise. Stump grinding was ok even though 2 machines broke down. They still finished. The last part is the problem. We paid for leveling and new TOP SOIL with seed put down. They put some kind of "dirt" down but it was surely not topsoil. It has lots of stone in it and it is very hard. I called about it and they said it was because it settled. I disagreed with him and he said he would be back out in the fall to put down good soil. No call, text or anything about it. Guess they just blew us off and moved on. I would recommend the tree service but certainly not the landscaping part.
I’ve used Final Cut twice now for tree removal and stump removal and both experiences were outstanding. They were incredibly professional and efficient. They responded quickly with an estimate, provided a clear and super fair price (in my opinion), and completed the job without any hassle - I didn’t even need to be present for any of it. They handled everything seamlessly and kept in touch throughout. The work was quality on top of it all. Their reasonable pricing and easygoing professionalism make them an easy recommendation.
I can’t say enough good things about Final Cut Tree Service! Frankie was incredibly easy to work with — his communication was clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish. His pricing was very fair, and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. They removed several large trees from my property, and trimmed up many overgrown bushes and trees. Everything was done efficiently, and with impressive attention to detail. The cleanup afterward was meticulous — my yard actually looked better than when they arrived! If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and respectful of your property, I highly recommend Frankie and Final Cut.
Final Cut did an AMAZING job with our project. Removed 4 big maples, one which was very close to the house, with no issues. Also trimmed and pruned the pines in our front yard. Could not beat the price they offered! From getting an estimate, scheduling the work, doing the work and cleaning up, it was simple and smooth. I would recommend these guys to friends and family without a doubt!
When we first reached out to Final Cut, owner Frankie was on vacation. He returned our call immediately, even though he was on vacation. We made plans for him to see our questionable tree when he returned home. When Frankie saw the tree in question, he said the tree was in good health and didn't need to be cut. He offered a handshake since there didn't seem to be any work for him. I respected his honesty and asked him to have a look at a couple other trees. Those trees did need work. We had already hosted other companies for estimates. Frankie's price beat most of them. His friendly professionalism beat all of them. Frankie's wife works the phones for their independent, small company. They are a great duo. The tree removal workers arrived promptly and answered all questions as they worked. They cleaned up all scraps before they left. High quality work. A couple days later, the stump grinder called. His name was Dale. We sent an appointment for the next day. Dale arrived exactly on time and worked swiftly. He was friendly and offered advice on how to replant where the removed trees had been. Frankie offered a fair, competitive price and he was a genuine person to work with. Of all the companies we contacted, Final Cut was by far the best, and that high level of service starts with Frankie. I highly recommend calling Final Cut for any tree work that you need. Frankie, his wife, Dale and their tree cutters are all oustanding.
