Great, Great, GREAT, is all I can say! They did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be more happy with the work, clean up & friendly staff! I have-HAD a lot of dead branches to come down & didn’t have a problem with me butting in 😆 they did such a great job, my neighbor hired them to do their yard. I would highly recommend for anyone’s yard! I have had to hire a lot of people to work on my house. Landon & crew did an outstanding job. Worked around my schedule & price was the BEST!! I had a lot of quotes & he did the best. WORTH EVERY LAST PENNY!!!!

From the moment Landon took my initial phone call, I was met with professionalism and outstanding customer care! Landon came to our home the same day and gave us a very fair quote. His crew showed up a few days later IN THE POURING RAIN(WOW!) and did an exceptional job taking down five trees , trimming a long row of trees along our sidewalk, removing five very large hedges and grinding down a stump! When they were finished they cleaned up our property and you would never know that they were there! The crew were professional and attentive to our additional requests in regards to other trimming tasks. Never saying no! We could not be happier with the results. Eastern Tree Pros far exceeded our expectations and they are now on speed dial! Great job Landon and crew!

July 17, 2024 the Eastern Tree Pros team arrived on schedule for cutting 2 large pine trees in a tight back corner of yard. It was one of the hottest, most humid days and they worked quickly & efficiently as they cut the trees. They operate in such an organized and synchronized manner. They cleaned up well. They also removed some over grown bushes in the front yard. They did a great job, used a bucket truck which was our preference over having them climb and helped in our decision to hire them for the job. We were not disappointed and recommend them for tree cutting and removal of bushes. The team was friendly and answered any of our questions. We chose to leave about 6 ft of the trunk of both trees to place birdhouses on top so the birds can still enjoy.

Good communication, competitive price vs other estimates, and fast response. Crew completed a very large tree removal and cleaned up the yard in one day. Friendly and courteous about our property and the neighbors'.

Wow. What a great experience. I called Eastern Tree Pros because of a large Pecan tree was in danger of crushing my house I had just moved into weeks earlier. Please note this was NOT an emergency just my urgency. Landon returned my call within an hour from my contacting the number to let me know he is busy in the field and he would come by to give me an quote later that day. Perfect let me know what is going on and responding quickly. He came out quoted me. And I accepted a great price. The crew was like watching a well engineered machine in operation. Each doing their job, switching tasks as needed and even chatted with my wife and I along the way. Within 2 hours the Tree was down, my house was safe and the stump was being ground down. I found the tree service all of New Bern and surrounding areas should do business with. No problems just results. A perfect job done. Thank you E.T.P. for literally, possibly saving my life and my family BTW the tree was rotted really bad.
