Really happy with the work Charlottesville tree service did on our young (but very fast-growing) oak tree. I wanted to make sure the tree was set up for long-term success, and they knew exactly how to shape it without overdoing it. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, and walked me through what they were doing and why. The tree already looks sturdier and better balanced. Would absolutely use them again.

Charlottesville Tree Service removed two massive, old Southern red oaks from our backyard, and I’m still blown away by how smoothly everything went. It was a very technical job involving a large crane and lifting every section of the tree up and over our house to the front. The crew handled it with an unbelievable level of skill, teamwork, and efficiency. They also went out of their way to protect both our yard and our neighbors’ properties, which we really appreciated. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.

This was my first experience hiring a company to remove fallen trees in my backyard, and I was very pleased with the work done by Charlottesville Tree Service. Andy is an expert arborist who provided valuable insight and information. He also took the time to answer any questions or concerns during the consultation and quickly responded to follow-up questions via email and text. Despite having to work in a confined space, Jadon and his two coworkers did an excellent and impressive job of removing the trees in a quick and efficient manner while also respecting the surrounding property. Admin. Assistant Elyssa is superb at helping customers to set up consultation and service appointments. She was easy to reach for questions and followed up once the job was complete to ensure that my experience was satisfactory.

Charlottesville Tree Service (CTS) were fantastic from the quote to the removal of a few trees on our new property. I always get three or more quotes for services such as this and CTS was the most thorough in looking at our property and recommending what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. They said why trees that I thought needed to be removed did not and found a large white oak that I was not even considering taking out, should be. I am glad they found that tree since when it was taken out it was hollow throughout and would have caused extensive damage if it fell. The only tree service that caught that tree. They explained their process in great detail, were on time to do the work, and left no mess behind. Highly recommend them if you are looking for tree work.

Absolutely fantastic company. My wife and I called about getting an estimate for stump removal on our property. This was on Friday afternoon and they had a person out the following Monday. Andy was extremely professional and listened intently on exactly what we needed done and gave us the best estimate out of 4 other companies we had called. The stump removal itself did get postponed due to weather, but that is not the companies fault and couldn't be helped. When the tech came out for the stump removal he was also very professional and explained everything he was going to be doing. He had 6 stumps removed in roughly 45 minutes and we could not be happier with the results. We will definitely be using CTS for any future tree needs that we have!
