From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Their arborist, Grady, spent a great deal of time, examining the tree and recommending that we save it rather than cut it down. Others had recommended cutting it down, but he carefully explained how they could save it. He seemed very knowledgeable, so we went with that option, just having previous storm damage pruned and a treatment to fertilize and save the tree. Ricardo and his crew came to prune the tree the day after we let them know that we would be utilizing their services. That’s incredibly quick! When they got here, he walked through the area with me to see if there were any concerns and then explained what they would be doing. They got right to work and stayed focused the entire time that they were here. They were incredibly careful bringing limbs down and removing waste. When they left the backyard looked considerably better than it did before they got here! I feel really good about the prospect saving this gorgeous 80 foot tall Beech tree that we love. I sincerely hope that we don’t need a tree service again in the future, I can’t imagine that anyone does, but if we do, I would not hesitate to call Boutte. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors in need of professional and reasonable tree service. Grady, Ricardo and his crew should be commended. I can’t think of the last time that I wrote a review this long, but I felt compelled to after dealing with them.

Just had the 70-ton Crane team out to remove a large poplar that was overhanging my neighbors house, as well as some other pines on the property line. This is the 3rd time I've used Boutte Tree for tree removal and the crews are incredibly professional. It also amazes me how fast they are able to complete the work. I agree with other reviews that they may not be the cheapest per tree, but I literally would not trust anyone else with the type of work that I have had them complete. I couldn't recommend them enough.

My home is on a fairly large lot with 20+ mature trees. Over the past two decades, Boutte Tree is the only tree company I have ever allowed to do work on my property - whether that be taking down trees, pruning the canopy, performing risk assessments, planting trees, etc. And the reason is because tree work is inherently risky especially when you have huge trees like I do, but I totally trust the owners, Tierson and Jessa, and know that should anything go wrong, they will absolutely make it right no questions asked. They are solid folks and leaders in the industry when it comes to tree safety and tree removal technology. I also truly believe they care about their customers and want to do the right thing whether it lands them the job or not. For me, dealing with a company that exhibits the highest level of integrity is priceless and I will continue to use Boutte for my tree needs.
