Highly recommend Jarvis tree experts. They trim and prune the trees in our yard , annually. In addition, I am on their monthly plan to nourish and care for the trees. Our ornamental trees are so healthy! I appreciate that their trees experts have taken charge of our yard. I trust them!!

My initial experience with Jarvis Tree Services was not a pleasant one at all. I won’t go into all the details, but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication, the job that was performed without my permission, and how I was treated by the office manager. After posting my experience, I quickly received a call from a nice lady named Amy who started off apologizing for my negative experience. She then asked me to tell her everything that happened. Amy listened and she took action. She promptly got in touch with the owner of Jarvis Tree Services, Joe. I received a a call from Joe, who was also very apologetic and asked if he could have another opportunity to come back out to speak with me and perform the requested services again. Joe came out with his team and he made sure that his team understood what I wanted done. He took his time to make sure everyone was in place and the crew did everything that I needed done. I’d like to thank Joe and Amy for turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience for me. They both showed that they really care about their customers and want to ensure client satisfaction. I will definitely use Jarvis Tree Services in the future and I’ll recommend my friends and family. I wish all businesses were as caring and professional with their clients as Joe and Amy were with me.
