Best in town! We’ve been using them to take care of all of our stately Oaks along with our other trees for over 10 years now Jacob and his crew are true arborist not just tree Pruners. They think long-term and what’s best for the clients need not just trying to sell you on let me trim your branches, which takes a lot of education to know how to do it right let alone the art that goes with the science thanks for all the help Over all the years and would highly recommend them over any other Service in town to care for What can’t be replaced only cared for at your home.

Luis, Antonio, Eric,Julian were absolutely the best crew from Bartlett Tree experts !!! They were hired ( again) for a huge job in Alamo Heights Tx and I will shout from the rooftops how professional and courteous and knowledgeable these gentleman are !! If you need the BEST Arborist (John Worrell) and tree crews ( the 4 listed above) then don’t look anywhere else .. they believe in making the client happy from initial visit to assess the property needs to the blowing of all debris at clean up .. can’t say enough !!! Thanks team for getting the properties ready for the crazy Texas Fall and Winter !!!

Great service. All are friendly, on time, helpful, agreeable to customer requests. Costly but you get what you pay for. Will continue to use Bartlett for necessary projects. Needed my roof cleared for insurance coverage. Sad to cut down beautiful trees but required.

We absolutely recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs tree work. We previously used a company with an ISA certified arborist who sent out less than knowledgeable trimmers and so we were nervous for any follow-up work. When we contacted Bartlett I was immediately struck with their professionalism. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and talked through the trees on our property as well as how to best care for them. When it came time for the service, the employees who came out were professional, courteous, and meticulous. They let us know thought processes for taking care of the mature trees and provided suggestions for future plantings. Our trees look great, healthy, and well -maintained now! We'll be sure to use them for any needs we have in the future.

We used them for a year, but they never solved one of my largest issues with one of my trees. They said it needed surgery and we paid them for that surgery, but now the issue has worsened because it was never correctly addressed. My Oak tree looks worse than ever and when I asked the "specialist" after a year of their other treatments and surgery, he offered to test the soil. At this point I have lost all confidence in them wanting to actually solve problems, as they want to be able to keep charging you for their quarterly maintenance. They are good at cutting down trees in a safe and professional manner, but the treatment of issues with living trees is questionable.
