This company has been extremely responsive and quick to reply. It was a pleasure speaking with Andy — he was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Their communication is excellent, and I’m truly looking forward to sending them as much work as possible. Sal, Sally and their crew did an amazing job reducing our over grown 20+ yr old Ficus tree. They were able to come out the same day on sight and provide a fair estimate. They had great communication, were very professional and on time. We are very pleased all around!

Update (2025) - I've had Sal come out twice now and really enjoy the guidance and service received on-site. My trees are healthy and growing. I love supporting local businesses whenever I have the opportunity to. I started trying to get in contact with the company in the summer of 2024. It took over a month before I was able to get someone to answer or call me back. Sal came out to access my issue and provided some additional pointers at that time. The interaction was great and he seemed highly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I received a quote for the job a few days later, however I needed to wait to a later date to execute. Fast-forward to today and I am in the same little to no contact situation as before. I replied 10/21 that I would like to execute the job. I received a reply stating scheduling is being checked on 10/24. On 10/29 I called to follow up; no answer. Today is 11/4 and there still has been no communication. I am not sure if the company is super busy, or if my job is not large enough to justify their time. Either way, it's excruciatingly hard to support businesses that don't effectively manage their communication channels with prospective customers. Based on my interaction with Sal, I don't doubt he would do a great job, but the radio silence is unacceptable.

Professional, very competitively priced, quick turnaround, even during busy season. Sal showed up to give me a bid same day and we got the job of trimming my giant eucalyptus tree trimmed within two weeks. These guys are truly the best when it comes to tackling a giant, giant tree. Thanks to the whole crew for doing such a great job! I’ll definitely recommend to my neighbors and will use again in the future.
