ArborCare Tree Service

We had asked friends on FB who they would use for tree removal and trimming in the Cincinnati area, and three friends replied. All three advised us to use ArborCare Tree Service. After working with ArborCare, we can certainly see why! The service was outstanding! From the gentleman who came out a few weeks ago to give us a quote, to the guys that came out today to remove the large dying trees in the front yard and trimming the large locust in the back yard. The professionalism and effort, as well as clean up afterwards, was really impressive! We have had tree trimming companies help us with trees in the past, and we wound up needing to clean up ourselves. The yard today actually was cleaner than when they arrived! WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ARBORCARE TREE SERVICE!!

Seriously, I couldn't be more pleased. Three trees removed, chipped up, removed from our property, and three stumps ground to below the ground level. After that, fill dirt was delivered and spread level and then grass seed followed by hay to help get the grass started. The workers were nice, friendly and professional. The big machines were entertaining and impressive to watch. All of these services cost less than any of the 4 other estimates I received for cutting and removal of 2 trees only, without the stump grinding or yard leveling top soil or seeding. Hello, it is my pleasure to write this review for ArborCare. We have used ArborCare for tree removal for close to 10 years. They recently removed 5 large trees (one 60 feet tall) from our wooded property and, as always, they did an outstanding job. They took great care in removing the trees not letting them fall into other landscaping and our gardens, and they kept our gravel driveway pristine. They placed their large crane on metal plates to allow them to cut up the wood without leaving dust on the driveway and the stones stayed in place as well. Jason is very easy to work with, and his workmen are excellent! We can’t say enough good things about his foreman who guided the others and was very capable and easy to work with. If you use ArborCare, you will be happy!

ArborCare really cares. I have a single tree in my yard—a beautiful, mature black walnut. Jason's primary approach was to do what was necessary to save the tree. When it was determined it couldn't be saved, the cost to remove it was very reasonable. ArborCare was not the only company who came to look at the tree. Every estimate recommended its removal due to extensive decay in the main trunk. When providing the estimate, ArborCare included a photo of the problem area, their liability insurance, and worker's comp certificate. Their professionalism carried through when doing the work. We opted to not have the tree and limbs chipped as I have an uncle who heats his home with wood. Both my uncle and I were very impressed with the care and time given to sort the large pieces from the smaller branches. It made clean up much easier for us. I highly recommend ArborCare.

Three very nice, polite, efficient, young men removed the tree in a short amount of time. The best part was they cleaned up every trace of the tree removed. I feel the price was very fair compared to what I paid in the past.
