The team leader was very personable as was the entire crew. Office staff was kind. The whole team was very professional. SB tree service absolutely know their job and get it done quickly and safely. They all wore helmets and worked as a team. Their heavy equipment left my yard in a mess but I guess that is to be expected since it had snowed the day before and the ground was wet. I would highly recommend SB Tree Service.

Fantastic experience with S.B. Tree!! Their quote was the best out of all the companies I called, all the guys on the crew were super nice and professional, AND most importantly - they did an excellent job removing the giant silver maple tree in my backyard. The tree was very close to my house and required some serious maneuvering to lower all the pieces without hitting the house, garage or privacy fence. I'm extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work in this area! 10/10 guys, keep up the great work :)

We needed a tall tree removed from our backyard close to the house. The work done by crew at S.B. Tree Service Cincinnati was wonderful from start to finish. They took the time on sight to confirm what we needed done, to answer any questions, advise on the various trees in our yard ,and explain every step of the process. The tree was removed safely, and without any damage to our house or unavoidable damage to our yard. It was truly an exciting project to watch. The team doing the work was friendly, professional, and fun to work with. The company even included a veteran's discount and a fair price.

I had a very large tree get knocked over during a storm and landed on a neighbor’s tree. Chip came out to give me an estimate within the next day and was very nice and gave me a detailed quote that was much better than the others I received. The day before and the day of the job it rained a ton and the yard was a muddy mess. The team did a great job minimizing damage to the yard and cleaning up afterward. I will definitely be using S.B Tree again for future work!

I can say with genuine enthusiasm that I made the right choice going with SB Tree Service to remove a pine tree on the side of my house. They came in with a quote that was so much lower than every other one I’d gotten that I was concerned they’d be cutting corners. I had some questions and the owner, Simon, called me personally. He was super friendly and helpful so we moved forward. The job was done over two different days. One day they cut the tree down then another they came back to grind the stump. All of the workers were truly above and beyond friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only did they not cut corners, they did more than I expected. The first crew was happy to leave some 18 inch sections of the tree trunk in a neat pile that I can split to use for firewood. After the second gentleman ground the stump he took the remains and threw them on a nearby bed which saves me on mulch costs, labor on my poor old back, and it looks pretty great too. He even offered to quickly grind a very small stump left from a small tree I’d removed myself saying it really didn’t take him any time that would throw off his schedule. At a time when good customer service is getting harder to find these guys are truly an example of what every company should strive for.
