Highly recommend Ziegler Tree Company. Truely amazing from start to finish. Was absolutely blown away at the top notch quality service provided every step of the way. Free estimate same day I called, quick yet thorough and extremely honest. A plan was put in place and everything stayed on track to plan. They provided written estimates, certificates of insurance, receipts and still verbally made sure I understood all my options available while respecting my price point and let me choose what was the right fit based on the knowledge provided. The quality of service was incredible. The crew was so amazing to watch how great they work together! It was such a refreshing experience to explain what trees needed removal, requesting I wanted the stumps ground down to the ground level (with excellent explanations of different options) and specifically requesting the yard is 100% back in order with all debris /stump grinds etc be removed from premises by their team all in a very tight timeline. Ziegler Tree Company 110% pulled through and completed every single request on schedule and with smiles from every crew member. Ziegler Tree Company’s entire team had the best attitudes. They really make you feel at ease and you feel the care they provide throughout the whole process. I truly was blown away. They were so on point and honest and really great at what they do that multiple neighbors also ended up using them too. Every request was heard and followed through with, check ins along the whole process, the whole crew was on time, respectful, polite, neat, organized, and took pride in great work all while making sure they put safety first yet kept the process fun all bundled together.

Very impressive superior company. My purple leafed plum tree was in need of trimming and removal of many gall spots (likely black knot). I adore this tree as it shades my south facing home and provides an inviting place for the many species of birds to visit me. Many service providers lack communication skills but not Bill. He stayed in touch with me as promised and showed up right on time. Further decisions were made once the work was started to ensure my complete satisfaction. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about my tree's health condition, he did exactly as promised for the agreed upon fee. His entire crew was courteous to me as well as one another. My yard was thoroughly cleaned up before they left. Also, Bill Zeigler made an extra effort and called me later the same day to make sure I was pleased with the results. The owner Bill was a pleasure to work with and is an expert in this field. Thanks to him and his team, I will get many more years of life and joy from my tree.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very responsive and was able to schedule us quickly. Crew was great and cleaned everything as they worked. Took great care of our yard while doing the work. The job we had was fairly large and they were able to complete it in one day. Highly recommend.

Mr. Bill Ziegler's last name may start with the letter "Z" but he and his team did A+ quality work for us!! :) I was inspired to contact him after reading MANY positive 5+ star reviews on an Internet search from other SJ customers. The owner Bill responded to my request within one day and personally arrived on time for the estimate. His knowledge of trees and their health/sturdiness is very expansive and he quoted me a very fair price in today's market. The work included an oak removal that was leaning towards a neighboring property, as well as a detailed trimming of dead limbs from the same overall trunk. Also a removal of tall pine limbs on our other side which is called a "Y" extension that hovered over our roof. Bill and his team were understanding when I had to postpone the job by a couple days and he even reached out to me on a Sunday evening to schedule the work on the next day. The pictures speak for themselves: 100% Precision-cutting of the trunk-to-the-stump! A beautiful aesthetic view of a revived oak after careful trimming because we do care about the animals having a home (i.e. Birds, squirrels). The clearing of the "Y" from the pine near our roof, and Ziegler Trees even went out of their way to remove a dying "Christmas fir" tree from the front property line we share with our neighbors after asking permission to do so. I will definitely recommend Ziegler Tree Company to my family and friends in the future. They are professional and friendly and trustworthy. Thanks so much for helping us!! 🌳

I can’t say enough about this tree service company. I was referred to him a few years ago to estimate the cost to remove an enormous tree on a property I was considering buying. He met me there that day and spent an hour with me discussing which trees he’d keep/remove. He recommended removing only the one tree on a heavily wooded lot. He was well positioned to upsell me, but he didn’t. I ended up not buying the house, but I used him at my current home several times and he’s become my most reliable “guy”. My town just got pummeled by a massive, newsworthy storm that took down a huge tree and severely damaged two others on my property. He was out here first thing the next morning with his team and charged us less than everyone in my area paid. While here, he helped nearly my whole block of neighbors who were waiting for calls back from other tree companies. He’s the best!!
