Yankee Clippers

Once again, the Yankee Clippers team did an outstanding job pruning the shrubs in my garden. Jill walked me around the property before they started so we could discuss what I wanted and she could give me advice when I wasn't sure what to do. I was so impressed with her knowledge of all the different plants and the best way to keep them healthy and beautiful. The team bagged all the clippings, left them where I asked and the results are spectacular. I have already recommended Yankee Clippers to my neighbors and look forward to their return for winter pruning!

Yankee Clippers was fabulous! They really know what they are doing. Pruning from the inside to ensure the plants, bushes, and trees breathe and flourish. Their recommendations were spot on: removing competing plants, planting other specimens that are native to the area, and watering. Shanti from Yankee Clippers comes with a folding hand saw, clippers, smile, and a wealth of pruning expertise. We have a small backyard in downtown Frederick with different varieties of Japanese maple and a beautiful Blue Atlas Cedsr. Shanti helps us give them a "bonsai" shape that adds to the Zen feeling that we love. I would highly recommend Yankee Clippers and Shanti!!

Elise and Casey pruned some overgrown and damaged plantings and clearly knew what they were doing. They accomplished far more in the budgeted time than we'd anticipated. They generously shared information about how we could manage several of our plants on our own. And they bagged and bundled up the debris so it was easy for us to handle. All in all, they did a great job and delivered a lot of bang for the buck.
