This company is extraordinary. There work is excellent. There customer service is beyond reproach. Everyone has a job and they all work in unison. No one stands around on their phones. The crew is kind, considerate and very neat. I can’t say enough about how satisfied I am with this company. They get a big 10 out of ten. Will definitely use them again. Wright Time Tree is awesome. They came right when they said they would. They were friendly and professional. Our dead tree was so close to the house but they got it down without it touching the house. They left my yard neat and cleaner than before. Their prices are amazingly reasonable. I definitely recommend Wright Time Tree.
We had just purchased a new home on Houghton Lake and noticed a neighbor’s limb was damaged and overhanging our house. The neighbor knew about it for over a year and said she couldn’t get anyone out. We got 3 tree services out promptly, and they were all professional. However, Jay Wright got out and called me acknowledging the danger the tree posed to my house and was able to get the limb down for an extremely reasonable price ((about 25%of the other quotes). Additionally, the other services thought they would damage the neighbors landscaping but Jay was able to drop the huge limb with precision and care. He delivered amazing service and I appreciate his promptness in removing a limb that was certainly going to break and damage my home soon. All tree services are very busy right now and Wright’s is no exception. The fact that Jay moved us up because of the risk to our property makes me say they will be my go to tree service as long as they’re around. I couldn’t be more pleased!
